TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated 18 August 2026
These terms cover your use of this website and how enquiries and quotes work. They are not the agreement for the cleaning itself — that lives in the written scope of work you sign before any crew sets foot in your building.
1. Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by Zion Cleaning Solutions LLC of Austin, Texas (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: victorcoverall@gmail.com, +1 (512) 296-9586.
2. Using this site
By browsing this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. You agree not to attempt to interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or submit anything unlawful through the form.
3. Enquiries and quotes
This is the part worth reading carefully.
- Submitting the quote form is a request. It does not create a contract and does not oblige us to take the work on.
- Any figure we discuss before a site visit is an indication only. Commercial cleaning cannot be priced accurately without seeing the building.
- A price becomes binding only once it is set out in a written scope of work that both parties have signed.
- Quotes are open for acceptance for [30 days] unless the quote says otherwise.
- If what we find on site differs materially from what was described to us, we may revise the quote before work starts.
4. What the website says about our services
We keep the descriptions on this site as accurate as we can, but they are marketing summaries, not specifications. The scope of work is the document that defines exactly which areas, surfaces, and frequencies you are paying for. Where the two ever appear to conflict, the signed scope of work wins.
Note for the site owner: the statistics, ratings, and client testimonials shown on the homepage are placeholders inherited from the site template. Replace them with figures and quotes you can substantiate before publishing. Advertising claims you cannot evidence create real exposure, and invented testimonials are an FTC matter.
5. Insurance and vetting
We carry commercial general liability cover and can provide a Certificate of Insurance on request. Our cleaning staff are background-checked and trained. Current policy limits and certificates are available on request rather than published here, so that this page cannot go stale.
6. Our content
The text, layout, logo, and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Photographs on this site are licensed stock images; the licence covers our use of them and does not transfer to you.
7. Links out
Any link to another website is for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
8. Availability
We would like this site to be available all the time but cannot promise it. It may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and we will not be liable for that.
9. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, this website is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it — for example lost profits or lost business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Liability connected to cleaning work we actually perform is dealt with in the service agreement, not here.
10. Marketing calls and text messages
The quote form carries a consent notice beside its submit button. If you supply a phone number and submit the form, you are agreeing that we may contact you by call and text about our services, including by automated technology, pre-recorded message, or AI-generated voice. Standard carrier rates may apply, and this consent is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
You can withdraw it whenever you like: reply STOP to a text, or tell our team during a call. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
11. Privacy
How we handle the information you send us is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of [Travis County, Texas] will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
14. Talking to us first
If something has gone wrong, please contact us before anything formal. Most problems are a misunderstanding about scope and are fixed with a phone call.
