PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated 18 August 2026
This policy explains what happens to your information when you use this website. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than legal boilerplate, because a privacy policy nobody can read is not much use to anybody.
Who we are
Zion Cleaning Solutions LLC, a commercial cleaning company based in Austin, Texas. If you want to talk to a person about anything on this page, email victorcoverall@gmail.com or call +1 (512) 296-9586.
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form on our contact section, which is:
- Your name
- Your company or facility name
- Your work email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to give it
- Details about the building — facility type, approximate size, how often you want cleaning, when you would like to start
- Anything you write in the free-text notes field
- A record of the consent wording shown beside the submit button, which version of that wording it was, and the date and time you submitted the form
We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers, or any sensitive category of personal information through this website. Please do not send them to us through the form.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics package, no advertising pixel, no session tracking, and nothing is written to your browser's local storage. We do not know who visits, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
There is one third-party request you should know about: the site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). To serve those files, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information. We have no access to that data and receive nothing back from Google about it. If you would rather that request never happened, the fonts can be self-hosted instead — ask us and we will do it.
How your quote request reaches us
When you submit the quote form, your answers are assembled into an email that opens in your own email program, addressed to us. You press send. That means the message travels through your email provider and ours in the ordinary way, and no separate form-processing company sits in the middle.
If this changes, this section must change. Should we later route the form through a service such as Formspree or Web3Forms, that company would process your submission on our behalf, and we will name them here along with a link to their own privacy terms.
What we use it for
To reply to you, arrange a walkthrough, prepare a written quote, and — where you have given the consent described in the next section — to follow up with you by phone or text message. We do not:
- Sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone
- Share it with data brokers or advertisers
- Pass your details on to other cleaning companies
Marketing calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number and submit the quote form, the wording beside the submit button tells you that you are consenting to marketing calls and texts from us. Spelled out, that means:
- We may call or text you about our services generally, not only about the one enquiry you sent.
- Those contacts may be made using automated technology, pre-recorded messages, or AI-generated voice systems.
- Your carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you anything.
- This consent is not a condition of buying anything from us. You can still get a quote without it — leave the phone field blank and we will reply by email.
How to stop it. Reply STOP to any text, or just tell whoever you are speaking to on a call that you want no further contact. Either is enough, you do not need to give a reason, and we will action it promptly. You can also email victorcoverall@gmail.com or call +1 (512) 296-9586 at any time.
We keep a record of which consent wording you were shown and when you submitted the form, so that we can show what you agreed to and can honour an opt-out properly.
Who else sees it
Inside our business, only the people who need it to respond to you and service your account. Outside it, we would only disclose your information where we are legally required to — for example a valid court order — or where you have asked us to.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become work are kept for up to [12 months] so we can pick the conversation back up if you return, then deleted. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as we service your account and afterwards for as long as tax and insurance rules require. Ask us to delete an enquiry sooner and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email victorcoverall@gmail.com and we will action it within [30 days]. There is no charge and we will not treat you any differently for asking.
Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights — Texas residents under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, for instance. We will honour those rights whether or not the thresholds technically apply to a business our size.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us, but no method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure. Email in particular is not an encrypted medium. Please do not send us anything highly confidential by email or through this form.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Where this site links somewhere else, that site has its own privacy practices and we are not responsible for them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and move the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged clearly rather than slipped in quietly.
Complaints
Come to us first — victorcoverall@gmail.com — and we will try to put it right. If you are not satisfied you may contact the Texas Attorney General's Office.
